On completion of the course, candidates will be able to provide basic animal care and handling, assist veterinarians during clinical procedures and surgeries, and perform basic laboratory tests. The course also equips learners to support veterinary hospital administration and management functions. In addition, candidates will be trained to assist in animal breeding and welfare activities, contribute to disaster management and public health services, and support the care and management of wild and captive animals in veterinary and institutional settings.
